Appointments

If you wish to make a routine appointment, please call as early as possible for the best selection of appointment times. Pallia Orthopedics offers several “same day appointments” Monday through Friday to help with urgent issues including fracture care, that need attention quickly.

We want to make sure your health concerns are addressed and by doing so, it’s crucial you are transparent when scheduling your appointment. Being clear in your musculoskeletal health needs aids our team to help schedule the appropriate amount of time for your appointment/appointments.

Late arrival policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or be seen by a different provider.

All submitted requests will be confirmed by phone. You will be contacted within 2

business days for confirmation. In case of an urgent concern please call our office. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Cancelling an appointment:

Please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel. Pallia Orthopedics is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. If prior notification is not given, you may be charged a missed appointment fee.
